Violent & Repeat Offenders

ROAD TO REFORM • PRIORITY 08

THE PROBLEM
A relatively small number of offenders can create a disproportionate amount of violence, theft, intimidation, and repeat victimization.

THE PLAN
• Create a repeat-offender and priority-warrant process.
• Improve information sharing between patrol, investigations, jail intelligence, and partner agencies.
• Prioritize violent fugitives and offenders with escalating behavior.
• Track arrests, warrants cleared, prosecution support, and repeat offending.

WHAT CHANGES ON DAY ONE
Direct investigators and patrol supervisors to produce a countywide priority-offender and warrant list.

THE STANDARD
Stop the people causing the most harm.

Connect cases, identify high-risk offenders, execute warrants, and focus resources on those repeatedly victimizing Hall County.
