Jerry Ramos is a military veteran, law-enforcement and public-safety professional, community advocate, and Independent candidate for Hall County Sheriff in the 2028 election.
His career has included service across municipal, county, and tribal law enforcement, executive leadership, school safety, corporate security, and community service. For Jerry, leadership begins with service, integrity, accountability, and a commitment to the families who call Hall County home.
Family
My wife and I have been married for over 28 years. She is a Northeast Georgia native and the foundation of our blended family. Together, we are blessed with 8 children and 16 grandchildren.

Why I Serve?
I grew up in an economically disadvantaged household with little to nothing and we spent our early years dependent mostly on nutritional outreach programs, government aid, and public housing riddled with crime. Fortunately, my childhood challenges and life's setbacks have provided me with the determination along with the drive to work hard to self-develop and achieve my goals to better serve God, Family, Country, and Community!
